How do I book a court?
Open the Courty app, search for courts in your area, pick your sport and time slot, then confirm. You'll get a confirmation as soon as the club confirms your booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
For now you pay the club directly when you arrive. Card payments in the app are coming soon.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, from the app. Most clubs let you cancel for free right up to the start of your slot. Each club sets its own policy and it is shown before you confirm.
What if the court is not available when I arrive?
Contact us straight away through the app or email support@courty.io. We'll sort it out with the club. Every booking should be honoured.
How do I find courts near me?
The app uses your location to show nearby courts. You can also search by area or club name.
